Our online platform and physical studio offer origami workshops for all ages, custom paper art installations for events and interiors, design and production of unique paper products, sales of paper and craft materials, and educational programs on traditional and modern paper folding techniques.

3. Booking and Participation in Workshops

• Reservations for workshops must be made in advance through our online platform or by contacting our studio directly.
• Workshop fees are due upon booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice and full refund options provided.
• Participants should adhere to safety instructions and studio policies during workshops to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

4. Custom Orders and Installations

Custom paper art installations and product designs are created based on individual consultations. All proposals, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon before production begins.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding project requirements and venue specifications.
• We retain ownership of design concepts and reserves the right to use images or videos of completed projects for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any delay caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and additional fees may apply.

5. Product Sales and Shipping

• All products sold through our site are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images but do not guarantee full accuracy.
• Shipping times vary depending on destination and stock; estimated delivery times will be indicated at checkout.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon transfer of the product to the carrier.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on this service are owned by Jieum Paper Arts or its licensors.
